Chimichurri in a flash!

There are many chimichurri recipes out there, but they require a lot of spices you may not have on hand.  Are you looking for an easier way to make chimichurri sauce?  We’ve got a perfect suggestion — Alicante Dry Chimichurri mix.  Below is our recipe as well as some photos of the steps involved.

Alicante Chimichurri

Alicante Chimichurri Dry Mix 50 grams

The official recipe says to add water and vinegar in a 1:1 fashion, but our recipe is a little different.  Here’s our recipe for chimichurri sauce:

In a bowl, mix the following:

Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.  Then add:

  • 6-  tablespoons of olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
